Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales-focused associate to uphold service standards and meet store goals. You will lead by example, process sales via POS, handle cash accurately, and promote rewards programs to customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise presentation, assisting in inventories, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized, while providing friendly, informed assistance to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal with customers and employees.
• Basic communication, organization, and math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or specialty retail.
• Basic knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Visual merchandising knowledge and ability to present store standards.
