Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a team member to uphold service standards, assist customers, and lead by example in accuracy and completeness of work. You will help present merchandise and ensure cash handling and POS transactions are processed per policy.

You will collaborate with store management and district managers to meet sales goals, stay informed about promotions, maintain store cleanliness, develop product knowledge, and support loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
