Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Spring Hill, TN to deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance. You will handle in-store transactions, refunds, exchanges, and customer pickup orders while supporting promotions and inventory tasks.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and merchandising skills, with a focus on policy compliance and loss prevention. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a positive team attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal, verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organization and numeric skills to assist transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers following company service standards.
• Stay aware of current promotions and store initiatives.
• Keep merchandise well presented, stocked, and clean across the sales floor.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills to assist customers.
• Be mindful of loss prevention and customer safety.
• Assist with inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately and follow policy, including refunds/exchanges and customer pickups.
