Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an excellent shopping experience, meet sales and work goals, and lead by example in accuracy and completeness of work. You will handle cash and POS transactions with strict money handling control while promoting store promotions and rewards programs.

The role focuses on delivering great customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation, and supporting inventory and visual standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
• Basic communication, organization, and math proficiency.
• Retail sales experience preferred, preferably in specialty footwear.

Responsibilities
