Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with sales and rewards programs, and uphold store presentation. You will process transactions, handle cash with accuracy, and support inventory and merchandising tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, awareness of loss prevention, and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude in a fast‑paced footwear environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
• Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience through service standards.
• Assist customers and promote rewards program.
• Maintain stock, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
