Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Store Associate to uphold our service standards, assist customers, meet sales goals, and model accuracy in all tasks. You will help present merchandise and maintain clean, organized areas, while supporting management with daily operations.

In this role you will handle cash and POS transactions, promote rewards programs, stay aware of promotions, contribute to stock replenishment and inventories, and help protect assets through loss prevention practices.

Qualifikationen

• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees.
• Basic communication and math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising and store presentation understanding.

Aufgaben

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers following service standards.
• Promote current sales promotions and rewards programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and arrange stock.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be aware of Loss Prevention concerns involving staff and customers.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving, and floor merchandise placement.
• Process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with policy; ensure shoes are matched.
