Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and present merchandise with care in a fast-paced shoe store environment.

You will meet sales goals, assist customers, and maintain store cleanliness and stock organization while following company policies and procedures. Prior retail footwear experience is preferred, with strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications
