Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and drive sales on the floor. You will process transactions, stock merchandise, and participate in inventories while upholding store standards.

In this role, you will greet customers, answer questions, and maintain the appearance of the selling floor. Routines include cash handling, compliance with policies, and teamwork with management to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle math and cash transactions.
• Understanding of store policies and procedures.
