Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our service standards. You will support store promotions, maintain product knowledge, and help ensure accurate checkout and inventory processes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, merchandising, and customer care across all shifts. Ideal candidates have retail footwear experience, strong interpersonal and mathematical skills, and a commitment to store cleanliness and loss-prevention practices.

Qualificações

• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and peers.
• Basic communication, organization and math abilities required.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty footwear or related retail.

Responsabilidades

• Create an excellent shopping experience by adhering to service standards and aiding customers.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and store presentation; ensure merchandise is well arranged.
• Assist in inventory, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement as needed.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately and in line with policy.
• Assist in cashier duties and ensure shoes are paired correctly for transactions.
