Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics seeks a Foot & Ankle (F&A) Sales Consultant to grow the F&A HCP customer base in an assigned geography. You will present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products, build clinical relationships, and support surgeons and OR staff for optimal product use.

You will collaborate with regional management to shape territory strategy, achieve sales targets, and manage product delivery and account coverage across hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician plus 6 years related experience OR
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, all new F&A products and understand competitive product
• Spearhead the selling of F&A product portfolio to new accounts and seek opportunities to increase sales with existing customers
• Educate and inform surgeons and hospital staff as to the proper use of our F&A portfolio
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators
• Case Coverage: Maintain appropriate surgeon/resident contact with all prospects or newly converted customers; provide support during surgical cases
• Perform F&A field calls for the accounts and assigned territory (including on-call and OR consultation) as needed
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business within geographies
• Inventory Management: Maintain Johnson & Johnson sales equipment and materials
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas
• Complete required administrative duties
• Accurately invoice customers for products
