Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the F&A portfolio in the territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products while developing new business and supporting existing accounts.

As the key ambassador for the F&A portfolio, you will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to build plans, targeting, and market strategy to achieve financial targets within your geography.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of portfolio.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon contact and support OR personnel during cases.
• Conduct field calls and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Manage inventory and promotional materials per company policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete required administrative duties and invoicing.
