Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit in Philadelphia seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the Lehigh Valley territory. You will present and demonstrate the F&A portfolio to surgeons and hospital staff, and help grow the customer base.

This role requires building clinical relationships, delivering value, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve the business plan while ensuring accurate administration and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or Medical Certification + 2 years related experience required or 4 years experience in F&A/trauma/orthopedics.
• Active Duty military transition considered as a qualifier.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, all new F&A products and understand competitive product.
• Spearhead the selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and seek opportunities to increase sales with existing customers.
• Educate and inform surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of our F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Case Coverage: Maintain appropriate surgeon/resident contact with all prospects or newly converted customers.
• Perform F&A field calls for the accounts and assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in specific geographies.
• Inventory management: maintain Johnson & Johnson sales equipment and materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
