Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes orthopaedics division seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Pittsburgh region. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of our F&A portfolio while developing new business and supporting existing accounts.

Responsibilities include building relationships with surgeons and staff, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with regional managers on territory strategy.

• Ability to work in lab/operating room environments.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and clinicians.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts; grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support to F&A surgeons and OR staff.
• Conduct field calls in assigned territory including on-call and ER support.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to expand F&A business in geography.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure timely product delivery.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Complete required administrative duties accurately and promptly.
