Johnson & Johnson in Phoenix seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the Phoenix, AZ territory with growth and development of the F&A portfolio. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products while building strong clinical relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute the business plan, target customers, and drive sales growth within your geography.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalents as listed in the job description.
• Associates degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with 2+ years of related experience.
• 4 years related experience in F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics or recent military transition.

Mansioni

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand new products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and on-call support for F&A cases.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Inventory management and timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Invoice customers for products and achieve business plan objectives.
