Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the Phoenix, AZ territory. You will present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products, educate surgeons and hospital staff, and develop key clinical relationships to drive business growth and patient care.

The role requires building the customer base, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager on plans and market strategies within orthopedics and trauma portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; alternative certifications accepted with related experience.
• Experience in or exposure to orthopedics, trauma or foot/ankle surgical environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and professional ethics in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on product use and portfolio benefits.
• Build relationships with key surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Achieve territory sales goals and manage case coverage in assigned geography.
• Collaborate with regional managers to execute business plans and market strategies.
