Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Pittsburgh, PA. You will present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and help ensure proper utilization of our orthopaedics portfolio.

The role requires ability to travel, strong communication, ethics compliance, and collaboration with regional managers to deliver business plans and meet sales targets in assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales or orthopedic experience, or equivalent.
• Associates degree with 4+ years related experience acceptable.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A, trauma, orthopedics.
• Military transition acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in F&A portfolio and communicate clinical value to surgeons.
• Lead new account sales and grow existing customer base.
• Educate clinicians on product usage and collect feedback.
• Establish relationships with key surgeons and hospital staff.
• Support cases with field coverage and on-call assistance.
• Manage inventory and timely product delivery.
• Achieve regional sales goals and accurately complete admin duties.
