Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes orthopaedics division seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A HCP base across the Philadelphia region. You will present and demonstrate products to surgeons, build clinical relationships, and support case coverage to drive growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of medical sales or an equivalent credential, a valid US driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Consultant must learn and follow laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in a hospital environment and with surgeons.
• Must travel as needed and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and communicate it to customers.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical procedures.
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with trauma partners to grow F&A business in territory.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
