Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth across a defined geography in Cleveland, OH. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products while collaborating with regional teams to meet business plans.

The role requires clinical acumen, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience or related qualifications are preferred, with a focus on orthopedics and trauma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience in sales or healthcare.
• Experience in orthopedics, trauma, or related surgical fields preferred.
• Able to work in a hospital/operating room environment while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases and procedures.
• Accurately invoice customers and manage territory administration.
