Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant in Philadelphia, PA to support DePuy Synthes’ F&A portfolio. You will drive growth with surgeons, education, and field-based account management.

You will partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute business strategies, build relationships with key clinicians, and ensure timely product delivery while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Learn, know and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures related to the role.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication with high technical acumen in a hospital setting.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple accounts.
• Must pass background check and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products; understand competitive landscape.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries and in OR settings.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business plans and strategy.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials; ensure on-time delivery.
