Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth across Minnesota. You will present and educate surgeons on DePuy Synthes F&A products, build clinical relationships, and develop account strategies while aligning with regional goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical device sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory; a strong work ethic and compliance with healthcare regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to medical sales.
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and clinical relationship skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow existing accounts.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases as required.
• Perform F&A field calls within the assigned territory and on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography.
• Maintain sales equipment and materials in proper condition for territory.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas with approved resources.
• Complete required administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
