Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Minnesota is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support surgeons and healthcare systems with DePuy Synthes products. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of our portfolio while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The role requires a blend of clinical knowledge and sales acumen, with travel within the territory and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

Education can be one of several options: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience OR Associate's degree with 4+ years related experience OR Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years related experience.
Military experience is considered.

Responsibilities

Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand within existing customers.
Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases and in OR.
Perform F&A field calls and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials.
Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
Complete administrative duties and invoicing accurately.
