Johnson & Johnson in Minnesota seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A physician customer base and support surgical cases. You will present and demonstrate the DePuy Synthes portfolio, educate surgeons, and drive new business while maintaining existing accounts.

The role involves travel, collaboration with the regional manager, and meeting sales targets within the designated geography. A strong clinical and commercial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR: Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR: Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr related experience OR: Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon contact and provide support during surgical cases as needed.
• Travel in territory to cover accounts and assist in operating rooms when required.
• Collaborate with regional sales to achieve business plan objectives and quotas.
• Invoice customers for products in a timely, accurate manner.
