Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Foot & Ankle team seeks a Sales Associate to grow the F&A portfolio in the New York area. You will establish relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, demonstrate products, and support OR cases to drive adoption and revenue.

You will collaborate with regional management to shape territory strategy, educate clinicians, and ensure timely delivery while meeting business targets in a fast-paced medical devices environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or clinical certification.
• 2+ years professional or related experience (Assoc./Medical Cert. path).
• 4 years in F&A, trauma or orthopedics preferred or recently transitioned military.
• Ability to work in hospital/clinical environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and current products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand existing relationships.
• Educate surgeons and staff on proper product use.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries.
• Conduct field calls in territory including on-call support.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials per company policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete required administrative duties accurately.
• Invoice customers for products.
