Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes orthopaedics team seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the Dallas/Fort Worth territory. You will present and demonstrate the F&A portfolio, build relationships with surgeons, and ensure proper use of products across hospital settings.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, a drive to achieve sales targets, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Understand laws, regulations, policies related to the F&A sales role.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance.
• Promptly communicate legal/ethical questions to supervisor or Health Care Compliance/Legal.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory.
• 3+ years selling or account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, evaluators.
• Provide case support and surgeon contact.
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Ensure timely product delivery.
• Meet business plan objectives and quotas.
• Complete administrative duties and accurate invoicing.
