Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics division seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. You will educate surgeons and hospital staff on product use, build clinical relationships, and drive portfolio growth across the assigned geography.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to implement the business plan, achieve targets, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Travel to accounts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant sales/clinical experience.
• Experience in surgical ortho/medical devices preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage F&A product portfolio within assigned geography.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use.
• Build relationships with key surgeons and clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business plan.
