Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. You will grow the F&A customer base, present and demonstrate products, and work closely with surgeons and hospital staff to ensure proper use and adoption.

Requires a Bachelor’s with 2+ years experience, or an associate with 4 years, or related surgical tech background; willing to travel; valid US driver's license; ability to build relationships and meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Must learn and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Able to travel as needed and work independently.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide in-surgery support and case coverage as required.
• Collaborate with regional managers on business plans and territory strategy.
