Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in related field or Associates with 4+ years experience.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A, Trauma, or Orthopedics.
• Military experience may be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support to OR personnel as needed.
• Travel as required to manage territory and customer base.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Maintain and use sales materials and equipment per policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete administrative duties and invoice customers accurately.
