Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Houston, TX territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes F&A products while collaborating with regional leadership to meet business plans.

You will educate surgeons and hospital staff, develop new business with accounts, and maintain strong relationships to deliver clinical and economic value. A valid US driver's license and travel are required.

Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Consultant must learn all laws, regulations, policies and procedures for the role.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Ability to work in a hospital environment with high technical acumen.
• Willingness to travel and cover assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new and existing accounts.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and clinicians.
• Provide case coverage and support to OR personnel as required.
• Invoice customers accurately for products.
