Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A customer base in the Dayton, OH territory, collaborating with surgeons and hospital staff to drive adoption of DePuy Synthes products.

You will develop expert product knowledge, build strong clinician relationships, and support case coverage while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced orthopedics environment. This role requires travel and a clinical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years sales/account experience.
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years related experience.
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military.
• Minimum 3 years selling, account management or related experience.
• Ability to work in lab/operating room environment.
• Willingness to travel and valid US driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A product portfolio to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of the portfolio.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/contact with prospects; support during surgical cases as needed.
• Perform field calls including on-call and OR consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in good condition.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete required administrative duties and invoicing.
