Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot and Ankle Sales Consultant to support Washington DC. You will become the subject matter expert for the F&A portfolio, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and drive new business while supporting existing customers.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute business plans and achieve territory targets while ensuring timely product delivery and compliant field activity.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's with 4+ years related experience.
• A Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years related experience is acceptable, including F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics.
• Active Duty Military transition is considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitor products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases as needed.
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultations within territory.
