Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Norfolk/Hampton Roads. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes F&A products while building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

The role requires a relevant degree or military transition with 2+ years of related experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel. This base pay is plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must learn and follow all laws, policies and procedures.
• Excellent professional ethics and compliance at all times.
• Ability to work in a hospital environment with clinical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts; grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, evaluators.
• Provide case support and on-call/OR consultation as needed.
• Travel within geography to cover territory and accounts.
• Collaborate with regional sales for business planning.
