Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Foot & Ankle sales team seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant to support Norfolk/Hampton Roads. You will present the F&A portfolio, demonstrate products, and build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff to improve patient care.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop business plans, set targets, and execute market strategies that drive growth and deliver value to healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years’ experience, or
• Associates degree with 4 years related experience, or
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts and expand existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Case Coverage: Maintain surgeon/resident contact with prospects or newly converted customers; provide support during cases.
• Perform F&A field calls for the accounts and territory (on-call and OR consultation) as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business within geographies.
• Inventory Management: Maintain JnJ sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales quotas with approved resources.
• Complete required administrative duties and invoice customers.
