Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Evansville, IN seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A portfolio within the territory. You will present and demonstrate our products, ensure proper use, and support case coverage across hospitals and surgical teams.

As the key portfolio champion, you will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop business plans, target accounts, and overall market strategy to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years' experience in sales or related field.
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years related experience such as F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics.
• Recent transitioned active duty military with 3+ years of selling, account management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand new products and competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of the F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
