Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support customers in the Evansville, IN territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes' F&A products, building clinical relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

As the key portfolio champion, you will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to craft territory plans, target accounts, and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 2+ years selling/account mgmt experience.
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician plus 6+ years related experience.
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military.
• 3+ years of selling, account mgmt or related experience.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication with high tech aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Case Coverage: maintain contact with prospects and provide surgeon support.
• Perform F&A field calls in territory, including on-call and OR support.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography.
• Inventory Management: maintain sales materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas with approved resources.
• Complete required administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
