Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in Orthopaedics and MedTech, seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Nashville, TN territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes F&A products, building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

The role requires 3+ years of selling experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to travel; you will partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute business plans and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience in medical devices or orthopedics preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex products.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and engage with hospitals and surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, all new F&A products and understand competitive product.
• Spearhead the selling of F&A product portfolio to new accounts and seek opportunities to increase sales with existing customers.
• Educate and informs surgeons and hospital staff as to the proper use of our F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Case Coverage: Maintain appropriate surgeon/resident contact with all prospects or newly converted customers; support during surgical cases.
• Perform F&A field calls for accounts and territory, including on-call and ER consultation as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow and develop F&A business within specific geographies.
• Inventory management: maintain sales equipment and promotional materials; use them to support territory efforts.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas; utilize approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
