Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Consultant Foot and Ankle to support Norfolk/Hampton Roads. You will engage surgeons, drive product adoption, and build relationships across hospital teams in a fast-paced environment.

Travel is required, a valid US driver's license is essential, and the role offers a commission-based compensation model with a bi-weekly draw. You’ll contribute to a leading orthopedics portfolio within DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson MedTech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience or an Associate degree with 4+ years' related experience.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years' related experience in F&A/trauma/orthopedics.
• Active Duty Military experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell the F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact and support during surgical cases.
• Perform field calls in territory and provide on-call/ER support as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Manage inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Aim to meet business plans and quotas using approved resources.
