Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the St. Louis area. You will develop expertise in the F&A portfolio, present and demonstrate products, and build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

You will partner with the Regional Sales Manager to shape business plans, target accounts, and market strategies to achieve sales goals. Travel within the territory is required, and you will handle on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum experience in clinical sales or orthopedics.
• Associate degree with required years of experience, or certification plus related surgical field experience.
• Military service or transition experience considered for sales role in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Cover cases and provide support during surgical procedures when needed.
• Conduct territory calls, on-call availability, and OR consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials; ensure timely product delivery.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Complete required administrative tasks accurately.
