Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in the assigned Los Angeles territory. You will become the subject matter expert for the portfolio, educate surgeons and hospital staff, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to implement the business plan.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent, a valid US driver's license, and willingness to relocate to the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Associates degree as an acceptable education.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A, trauma or orthopedics.
• Recent Active Duty Military experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of our F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Case coverage: maintain surgeon/resident contact with all prospects or new customers.
• Support F&A surgeons and OR personnel during surgical cases as required.
• Perform field calls for the accounts and territory, including on-call and ER consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in specific geographies.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per company policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
• Complete required administrative duties and invoicing.
