Johnson & Johnson in Minnesota is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A portfolio with a focus on surgeons and healthcare systems. You will educate, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of products while developing new business in your geography.

The role requires strong relationship building, travel within the territory, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a 100% commission position with a bi-weekly draw, and candidates should reside in or relocate to the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience OR: Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR: Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR: Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
• Preferred: minimum 3 years of selling, account management or related experience
• Must follow laws, regulations, policies and procedures; maintain professionalism and ethics

Mansioni

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive product
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing business
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries and in OR
