Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division in Minnesota seeks a Foot and Ankle Sales Consultant to expand our F&A portfolio with surgeons and hospitals. You will lead product demonstrations, provide clinical education, and build strong relationships to drive growth within your geography.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or related degree and a background in sales or surgical environments, with travel and active collaboration with regional management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsabilidades

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competition
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow existing customers
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio
• Establish relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators
• Maintain surgeon contact and support during surgical cases as needed
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultations as required
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per company policies
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly
• Accurately invoice customers for products
