Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in orthopaedics through DePuy Synthes, seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to grow the F&A portfolio in the Philadelphia/Lehigh Valley territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of our products, while building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus minimum 2 years related experience.
• 4 years related experience in F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics or recently transitioned from active duty military.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of the Foot & Ankle portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts; grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases as needed.
• Perform F&A field calls within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites and meet business plan objectives.
• Complete administrative duties and accurately invoice customers.
