Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a broadline distributor for PFG, is seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry associate in Cincinnati, OH. You will input customer orders, manage credits, and provide timely, accurate support to restaurants and other customers.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED and 6+ months in customer service or call center roles; foodservice experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months customer service, call center and/or related area.
• Experience in foodservice industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors for samples.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
