Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of call center or foodservice distribution experience preferred.
• Experience handling high call volumes.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Minimum 2 years in a Customer Service and/or administrative role.
• Ability to type at least 45 wpm and perform 10-key by touch.
• AS400 knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
