McLane Foodservice in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound customer service, research resolutions, and invoices for drivers at 2641 Meadowbrook Rd. The role supports daily operations and stock monitoring in a fast-paced setting.

The position is full-time with a 2nd shift (Evening). Starting rate is $17.25 per hour with benefits beginning after 60 days and opportunities for growth within the company's national network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year call center experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Foodservice experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). Type at least 45 WPM.
• Knowledge of AS-400 preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service phone coverage.
• Conduct research to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor daily "Out of Stock" report and address accordingly.
• Invoicing orders and preparing pouches for drivers prior to truck departure.
• Respond to emails.
• Other duties may be assigned.
