Yona Eagle in New Jersey is seeking a Manager in Training for Food Services to support the Food Services Director in leading dining programs that enhance resident meals. You will learn to organize, plan, direct, and supervise staff within the dietary department in a long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• ServSafe Certification for Managers, National Restaurant Association.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM/CFPP) per ANFP.
• 2+ years of food service supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Services Director with leading quality dining programs that enhance the meal experience for residents.
• Ensure dining programs meet federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Train staff in procedures and operation of equipment.
• Supervise and evaluate work quality of department employees.
• Plan staffing schedules to ensure adequate services and maintain records.
