Guest Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager to help run daily operations, including food/beverage, equipment, and initiatives. You’ll foster a strong team environment while aiding the General Manager to maintain high staff performance.

Responsibilities include forecasting, scheduling, training, cash control, and ensuring top customer service across client sites. Strong communication and leadership are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related management experience required.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people.

Responsabilités

• Assist in unit operations management, including planning and daily operations.
• Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit; support budget compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct staff.
• Maintain accounting records and cash control.
• Assist in managing P&L statements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and hygiene standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Perform unit opening and closing procedures.
