Job summary

Guest Services seeks an Assistant Food Service Manager to support unit operations and floor management across food, beverage, and equipment. The role collaborates with the General Manager to maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service while aligning with company initiatives.

Responsibilities include forecasting sales and labor, supervising staff, handling cash and P&L, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant management experience required.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Unit Manager and assist in operations planning and daily operations.
• Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit; manage budget and scheduling.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reports, and cash control; assist in P&L management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment including sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Perform unit opening and closing procedures.
