Job summary

Target is hiring a Food Service Team Leader to oversee daily operations in the Food & Beverage area and ensure exceptional guest service. You will lead a team of hourly associates, manage workflows, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving store performance.

The role emphasizes delivering a friendly guest experience, maintaining product freshness, and collaborating with leadership to meet sales goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Manager Certification required at minimum.
• Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team understands and consistently delivers Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
• Lead and develop hourly team members, including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and drive sales.
• Oversee food service standards, inventory, safety and quality, and ensure proper stock levels.
