Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related management experience required.
• Food Safety certification a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints per customer service standards.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of dining areas, cashier stations, and food stations to meet quality standards.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review, and direct staff; train hourly staff for peak performance.
• Maintain a safe facility environment including equipment, food handling, sanitation, and hygiene; report safety issues.
