Guest Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Food Service Manager to support unit operations, floor management, and company initiatives.

The role focuses on teamwork and exceptional customer service while assisting the General Manager and ensuring all staff perform at a high level. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in related management, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and Food Safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related management experience required.
• Food Safety certification a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and developing daily operations; forecast sales, labor and profit; schedule staff.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule and direct unit staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reports, and cash control.
• Assist in managing P&L statements and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure safe facility environment including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Open and/or close procedures; represent the company professionally.
• Maintain the company image with clients, guests, associates and vendors.
